Removed from my S1 Elise, these were bought from Eliseparts somewhere around 10 years ago, anyone that has seen my garage thread will know the car has barely been used in that time, I’d estimate less than 4k miles and the majority of that time spent in a heated garage with the handbrake off.
The low friction liner on the inner cable looks to be fully intact and theres no restriction to the cable moving, all boots are fully intact and includes the bracket for attaching to the front, no kinks to the inner cable.
There’s a small bit of wear through part of the outer protection sleeve but it doesn’t affect the inner sleeves integrity at all (see picture)
